I had an absolutely amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always there to assist with anything I needed and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming and I loved how there were organized events and activities throughout my stay. From the New Year's Eve party to the Culture night and the Sunday buffet lunch, there was always something fun happening. The beautiful beach and well-kept gardens added to the overall charm of this place. The hotel even had a tour guide who took us to amazing places like the waterfall. I was truly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. I would definitely return to this hotel in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It ticked all the boxes for me, from the stunning location right by the beach to the quality services provided by the attentive staff.

The free activities organized by the hotel were great and gave us a chance to learn about local culture. The beach, while not conducive for swimming, offered beautiful views and the opportunity to observe marine life. The well-maintained gardens were a joy to walk through. The location of the hotel, near small villages, gave us the chance to get out and experience life outside of the hotel.
The breakfast offered was underwhelming and not very satisfying. The rule prohibiting swimming in clothing was not communicated to us before arrival and made us feel uncomfortable.

Our villa was absolutely mind-blowing! It was so spacious and comfortable, we felt like royalty. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beach was just a short stroll away and it was jaw-droppingly beautiful. We couldn't get enough of the crystal-clear water and vibrant coral reef. The location was perfect for exploring and there were plenty of attractions nearby. The birthday dinner they organized for our group was out of this world. The Fiafia night was the best cultural performance we've ever seen. We can't forget to mention Ramona, who was amazing. The food was consistently top-notch, with a particularly excellent buffet on show night. We highly recommend this resort for groups, as the accommodation caters for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay at a beach resort where we could relax between the plants amidst the beautiful scenery. the location was perfect- right next to the beach and close to all the main attractions on the island. the rooms were clean and spacious with great balconies overlooking beautiful views. the staff were always friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the great snorkeling and the swimming pools were lovely.
Although the service was usually great, we did have a few small issues with some of the staff being in training in the restaurant.

The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, perfect for a refreshing swim after a busy day. the room I stayed in had a breathtaking view that was worth the extra cost. the location was excellent, and the staff made me feel at home with their friendliness.
Room service plates were left uncleared, which was not what I expected. the service at the restaurant was inadequate, and drinks took forever to be served.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The resort had a beautiful design and was located on a stunning beach, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. We loved the musical and cultural events, including Samoan dances and fire stick performances. The beach had a refreshing breeze and plenty of seating options. The room had a fantastic view of the beach and reef break, with lovely coconut palm trees in sight. The prepared meals were delicious with a great variety of flavors. We enjoyed the wine options and especially loved the cocktails at happy hour. Despite the tropical cyclone, the staff prioritized our comfort and safety. We can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable.
Felt super comfortable, no complaints.
